Yes. You can be sharp and very professional in combination with joyful.

No. You are not responsible for all the problem faced in the world, caused by forces you cannot control. No-one can expect you to carry all that weight on your or your company shoulders. You can’t face the world problem alone or solve all it´s problem. But you can do the best you can to do your best.

Still. Kindness and empathy is everything. Life is still a roller coaster, with it´s twists and turns, highs and lows.

It´s human to try and fail sometimes. Or make mistakes. Use your learnings and grow from it. Strive to do do the right thing.

Zero tolerance for bad, false or evil. Kindness and true to core values, is everything.

Zero tolerance to bullying and gossiping. Do you know how much you can harm by bad mouthing someone?

Communication is key. It´s never a one sided thing.

Zero tolerance to discrimination in any form. That goes for gender, age, skin, disabilities.

Protect the beautiful nature with your heart. Without it we have nothing.
